EMOTIONAL FITNESS

When we are physically hurt, we take measures to clean the wound and put a bandage. When we fracture we take support of clutches, however for various reasons we fail to heal our emotional wounds which can fester as emotional ulcers impacting our well-being and physical health.

There are events that happen in our daily, regular life that may hurt/ upset/ disturb/make us feel bad. These are the cuts and bruises of daily life; they need an Emotional First aid. Humans are full of emotions, some that are healthy and some unhealthy as responses. Learning the art and science of handling personal emotions beyond cognitive self-talk, which can defy logic leads to a happier and fitter life.

With the Emotional First Aid workshop, we offer a judgment-free compassion filled space to help you understand your emotions and form healthy ways of coping with them on a day to day basis. Employees learn to deal with emotional cold, cuts and ulcers and how to create your emotional first aid box too. It is an experience wherein you indulge in creating positivity around you. It will enhance your productivity, encouraging and nurture you to transform into a happier you. It’s about celebrating and empowering you through the journey.
